Tony and Alisha Chavez help individuals, couples, families, and churches take steps toward reconciliation through Jesus-centered preaching, teaching, and guided conversations.
One assignment, in different settings. Explore what ministry could look like for your relationships or your church before you reach out.
For individuals, couples & families
When relationships need a way forward.
For people hoping to address distance, unresolved hurt, or broken trust in a marriage, between parents and children, or in another important relationship.
The focus
Jesus-centered conversation, Scripture, and prayer that make room for honesty, repentance, forgiveness, and practical steps toward peace.
Where we begin
Share a brief overview of the relationship and who is open to participating. The first step is to explore whether Tony and Alisha’s ministry is a fit—not to commit to a program.
What to expect
A conversation about the situation, availability, and a possible next step. Reconciliation cannot be guaranteed or rushed, and reaching out does not enroll you in continuing one-on-one support.
Opens an email draft with a few prompts. Start with a brief overview; please leave out sensitive personal details.
For pastors, leaders & event hosts
Bring reconciliation into your gathering.
For churches, conferences, workshops, and gatherings seeking to help people respond to Jesus and pursue restored relationships and unity.
The focus
Preaching and teaching on reconciliation, repentance, forgiveness, and life in Christ, with opportunities to explore worship and prayer as part of your gathering.
Working with your church
Come with the needs of your people and the setting you have in mind. Tony and Alisha’s heart is to serve alongside local leadership, not replace the relationships and care already there.
Planning the invitation
Explore who would serve, the format, timing, and practical arrangements together. A worship and prayer evening, teaching setting, and family-focused gathering have different needs; no single package is assumed.
See what Tony and Alisha bring together and individually before opening an inquiry.
Before you make plans
You do not need a fully formed event or a neatly resolved story to ask a question. Start with the setting, the people involved, and what you hope might change.
What about cost, travel, and timing?
There is no published standard price or fixed-length program on this site. Include your location, possible dates, and any budget considerations in your inquiry. Ask about any fees, honorarium, travel expenses, and availability before agreeing to arrangements. An inquiry is not a financial commitment.
Should we invite Tony, Alisha, or both?
Tony brings Bible-centered preaching and teaching. Alisha brings her own experience of faith, marriage, family, and ministry. Together, their shared life and years of serving side by side shape how they minister. Read their bios below or describe your gathering and ask which invitation might fit.
No fixed course or continuing one-on-one program is offered here. The scope of any ministry involvement depends on the situation and availability. The aim is to explore an appropriate next step, not promise an open-ended commitment.

20+ years
Of marriage, choosing one another, and keeping Jesus at the center.
A shared life. A shared calling. Together.
Tony and Alisha Chavez lead The Jesus Agenda together. They bring more than two decades of marriage they have nurtured and fought for, and years of ministering side by side.
Their shared calling is to see people reconciled to God and one another—with Jesus at the center.
They serve together and individually, each bringing their own experience and perspective.
03 / Reconciliation in our homes and relationships
Hearts turned toward home.
Malachi 4:6 pictures fathers and children turning their hearts toward one another. This hope for restored families is central to our assignment.
From marriages and generations within a family to relationships across the Church, we make room for honest conversation and faithful steps toward peace.
Through Jesus, people are brought near to God. The Gospel and the cross are the starting point for this work.
Families restored.
Fathers and children turning their hearts toward one another. Marriages, parents, sons, and daughters moving toward restoration.
Relationships healed.
Making room for honest conversations, forgiveness, and practical steps toward peace where relationships have broken down.
The Body unified.
Dividing walls coming down as believers pursue unity, grow together, and show the world the love of Jesus.

Rooted in His Word.
Reconciled to the Father. Hearts turned toward one another. One Body in Christ. These passages shape the assignment we carry.
2 Corinthians 5:18–20
A ministry of reconciliation.
God reconciled us to Himself through Christ and entrusted us with the ministry and message of reconciliation.
Malachi 4:6
Hearts turned toward home.
The hearts of fathers turning toward their children, and the hearts of children toward their fathers. Family restoration is close to the heart of this ministry.
John 17:20–23
That His people would be one.
Jesus prayed for those who would believe in Him to be one, so the world would know the Father sent Him.
